Through attention to prayer, reflection, and purposeful action you will begin to notice growth in your life that comes from cooperation with God. Spiritual Direction is a valuable process to help you move towards greater spiritual maturity, becoming a person who loves as God loves.

Life Coaching
Life Coaching is designed to help you resolve specific problems you encounter in life. Through guided conversation designed to help you correctly identify the problem and create an action plan to change the problem situation, you learn to turn problems into opportunities for growth. Life Coaching provides an encouraging presence in your life helping you work through solving problems rather than simply avoiding them. Being coached well leads to greater confidence, competence, and purpose.

Mentoring
Mentoring is long-term, supportive, confidential relationship in which a mentor with experience in your vocation (ministry) walks with you through deep conversation, guided reading, and availability. Mentoring helps you reframe your work from being simply a job to becoming your vocation (from the Latin “to call” - your calling). The basis of mentoring is speaking the truth in love and giving to others what God has given to you, so a mentor is a great support to you as you grow both personally and professionally.
