January 9 Update

CCI Update January 9, 2020

We arrived in Franklin, Tennessee on December 19, 2019 to spend the Christmas Holidays with our family and begin our fundraising visits in January. The day after Christmas I (Kenny) had a stroke while playing basketball with Dima, Braden and Braxton. After receiving tPA (a super clot buster), and spending a couple of days in the hospital, I was released to go home to recover. I am continuing to regain my strength and it seems that I have recovered 100% of my functioning, although my blood pressure has not yet returned to normal. Thanks to everyone who prayed for me, God really worked powerfully to save and heal me! Please continue to pray for me and our family.

If you are in the South Alabama area, I will be teaching two adult classes at the Gulf 2020 Youth Event at the Wharf in Orange Beach on January 18th. I will also be at the Robertsdale Church of Christ on Sunday evening, January 19th.
